Eligibility

1. The reward program is open to all registered clients of Giraffe Markets who make qualifying deposits and complete the required trading lots within the specified time frame.
2. Deposits must be made between 5 Sept 2025 and 31 Dec 2025 to qualify for rewards.
3. The participant must complete the required number of lots traded before the end of the program.

Enrollment & Acknowledgment

1. To participate, the client must send an email to [email protected] stating their intent to join the Reward Program and confirming that they accept the Terms & Conditions shared by their Accounts Manager.
2. Participation will be considered active only after the acknowledgment email is received by Giraffe Markets.
3. Giraffe Markets may request additional verification if needed.

Reward Substitution

1. In cases where multiple reward options are offered, participants may choose one reward of their preference within the eligible tier.
2. If a specific product is unavailable, Giraffe Markets reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent item of similar or higher value.

Showroom Delivery Only: The delivery includes the cost of the vehicle excluding insurance, registration, accessories, taxes, and any additional charges.

Trading Account Eligibility

1. This program is applicable to trades recorded under clients' MT accounts at Giraffe Markets, including both direct trades and copy trading activities.
2. Trades conducted under PAMM accounts are not eligible for rewards.
3. Trades executed via Expert Advisors (EAs) or accounts engaged in scalping practices will not qualify.

General Conditions

1. Only one reward can be claimed per MT account under this program. Once a reward is claimed, the traded lots counter is reset to zero; the client may participate again with fresh deposits and additional trading lots.
2. The program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
3. All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Reward Declaration & Distribution

1. Rewards will be declared monthly on or before the 10th of each month for participants who qualified in the previous month.
2. Once rewards are declared, the client may either:
   1. Accept the declared reward, or
   2. Continue participating to aim for the next reward tier.
3. Rewards will be processed and delivered within three (3) weeks after declaration.
4. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and participant location, but Giraffe Markets will ensure timely fulfillment.
5. At the end of the program, any pending rewards will be declared within two weeks and distributed within 30 days of verification.

Disqualification

1. Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity, scalping, or violations of trading terms will be disqualified.
2. Trades executed via EA (Expert Advisors) or PAMM accounts are not eligible.

International Travel Packages

1. For travel rewards, participants will bear the cost of visa, insurance, and meals during the travel period.
2. Packages include hotel stay and Airport-to-Airport travel only. Further details will be shared at the time of the award handover.

Final Decision

1. Giraffe Markets reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the reward program at any time without prior notice.
2. By participating, IBs and traders agree to comply with these terms and conditions as well as the company’s standard policies.
